Micro-Cinema/The Last Film Festival

A series of micro-shorts filmed for possible use in Linda Yellen's feature The Last Film Festival  starring Dennis Hopper. In the film, Mr. Hopper plays a major Hollywood producer whose only festival acceptance is in the world's worst film festival. These clips were intended to represent different types of bad films that might be screened at such a venue. Two of the selections were included in the final version of the film.

This mockumentary was included in The Last Film Festival .  It also screened in Serbia at Mister Vorky, "the shortest film festival in the world"

A spoof of low budget Sci-Fi, with a nod to the 1970s morning television show "Dr. Shrinker." It utilizes intentionally bad green screen effects and a campy acting style.

This represents a scene from a Film Noir entry, depicting the moment when the detective meets the femme fatale for the first time.

This was directed to look like an amateur student filmmaker's attempt at a detective film.

A spoof of pretentious Bergman-esque films. The dialogue is intentionally nonsensical and the camera-work overuses rack focus.
